Indulge in some of the most famous names in wildlife and safari – the Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National Park. Discover enormous Lake Victoria by boat and local canoe, made famous by John Henning Speke as the source of the Nile. ITINERARY
DAY 1
Your journey with us begins on your arrival at Mwanza international airport, west of the great Serengeti. Transfer by road to Little Okavango Camp set alongside narrow water channels leading to Lake Victoria, brimming with colourful birdlife & song. (Breakfast, lunch & dinner.)
DAY 2
After breakfast, take a short bird walk around the area, to marvel at what is one of the greatest birding sites on earth. After lunch, enjoy a gentle canoe ride through the narrow water channels of Lake Victoria dwarfed by huge papyrus grasses and teeming with some of the best birdlife you will see in Africa. In the evening, relax by the campfire before dinner beneath the stars. (Breakfast, lunch & dinner.)
DAY 2

DAY 3

This morning, drive to the local fishing village of Mwaburugu for a guided tour which offers a fascinating insight into life on the lake. Hop into a boat, following the shoreline of the lake and back through the water channels en-route to camp, stopping off at the amazing Little Okavango Tower for brunch. Enjoy looking out from the Weaver, Lake Victoria and Serengeti decks. (Breakfast, lunch & dinner.)
DAY 4

After a leisurely brunch head out for a walk around the camp or relax back at your room. At noon travel into Serengeti for the start of your fantastic wildlife safari. Depending on the time of the year and location of the migration, your next camp could be in North Serengeti on the great Mara River, South East Serengeti or the Western Corridor. Witness incredible numbers of wildlife from the award-winning Bush Rover Migration camp. (Breakfast, lunch & dinner.)
DAY 4

DAY 5

Awake early to explore this game-rich area of Serengeti and to marvel at, perhaps the greatest safari spectacle in the world, the great wildebeest migration. Tanzania is blessed with an incredible array of safari experiences, but the Serengeti, with its magnificent migrating herds, and a huge population of predators, is unbeatable. Return to your Bush Rover camp before dark and sit atop your Bush Rover suite elevated balcony and survey the scene from a superb vantage point. (Breakfast, lunch & dinner.)
DAY 6

After breakfast, head out across the Serengeti, this time exploring the central areas of Seronera and crossing through the south-western gate at Naabi and on to the Ngorongoro conservation area. Arrive in the afternoon, at Rhino Lodge, near the crater rim – where wildlife viewing continues. (Breakfast, lunch & dinner.)
DAY 6

DAY 7

After an early breakfast, spend your morning on a game drive inside the famous crater. Around mid-afternoon, head off through the small town of Karatu to Kirurumu Tarangire Camp for overnight. (Breakfast, lunch & dinner.)
DAY 8

Depart for a game drive to Tarangire national park, known for its elephants and baobab trees. The park runs along the line of the Tarangire River that attracts an abundance of wildlife, from elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, zebra, giraffe, antelope and an amazing variety of birds. Enjoy a game drive ending at Planet lodge in Arusha for overnight. (Breakfast, lunch & dinner.)

Transfer to Kilimanjaro airport for onward journey. (Breakfast.)
