Costa Rica is unique in having more of its territory protected in national parks, biological reserves, and wildlife refuges than any other nation on earth. A dozen distinct eco-systems, all within less than a day’s drive of each other, contain tremendous tropical biodiversity. Animal-lovers will be spoilt for choice with everything from sloths to caiman and capuchins to dolphins calling the conservationist’s dream their home. Costa Rica is top of the list and a priority destination for birdwatchers, there are more than a dozen volcanoes and it boasts white sandy beaches along its stunning Pacific and Caribbean coastlines.
You can see some examples of the tours in Costa Rica we offer below. However, these are designed to give you just a taste of what we can offer. My name is Carolina. I feel very privileged that I was born in this paradise called Costa Rica! I grew up in the green hills of the Central Valley where coffee is grown and harvested, also by my family. This small piece of earth called Costa Rica, the ‘rich coast’, is breathtaking at first glance and has so much to offer. Choosing a favorite place in Costa Rica is difficult for me, as this little paradise from north to south as well as from east to west is incredibly diverse and fascinating due to its many beautiful beaches, mountains, volcanoes and rainforests and much more. Besides nature, the climate, the culinary delights and the local people make Costa Rica one of the most varied, adventurous and special spots on this planet. With more than 15 years experience as a travel advisor, I have had the opportunity to personally enjoy and visit most wonderful destinations and hotels of Costa Rica. I invite you to come and discover my country! Costa Rica is waiting for you!
